#4356 "Thankyou so much for coming to (---) today to play the Bagpipes. I know how Mummy loved hearing you play on Christmas day and how she said with pride "My father was 100% Scottish." She will be sadly missed by so many; she would also approve of this wonderful send off you've made possible. " Rowie - |

#2727 "He went out of his way to meet us initially to discuss our choice of music and offered some really great advice in respect of some of our song choices. On the day he arrived nice and early!! The guests absolutely loved him as did we, when we look back at our photographs of the day we definitely know that the day would not have been the same without him there. He brought that traditional piper feel that makes a wedding a good wedding! He played a wonderful mix of old and new Irish and Scottish tunes for us and sounded magical and haunting as well as uplifting and rousing and really added to everyone’s enjoyment of the day" Paul and Abigail McNab - |

#2519 "Dear Peter I am the niece of Pte Thomas Rooney recently honoured at the ceremony at Fort Pitt Military Cemetery Chris Barker sent me the video of the ceremony and I would like to thank you for playing. It is wonderful to see my uncle honoured nearly 100 years after his death. My only regret is that his parents and siblings aren't alive to see it. I grew up with stories from my Aunts (my father was only four when he went to war so had limited memories) about their elder brother Tom and how wonderful he was. One of my Aunts had kept all the memorial cards and letters concerning Tom. I think it was a great wrench in their lives when he died. I have been to Fromelles where he was injured and to Fort Pitt School (the hospital he was in) and Fort Pitt Cemetery, so the ceremony was somethi" - piping for the veterans of WW1 |

You helped put the 'Scottish' into our event and make it a memorable moment that I know everyone will recall most fondly. Thank you once again. All my best wishes for you. -Donna " - |
