Thank you very much for your wonderful contribution to the ashes committal service at the Cemetery for my father, Major AJP. Many of the members of the family and friends were very complimentary about the music. For me your playing was very fine and evocative and at just the correct mood. I thought the processions worked well also, and gave great dignity to the occasion.Thank you too for altering the order of service at the last minute and letting us sing two verses of Amazing Grace. My sister was very insistent and your flexibility let all go smoothly. I do hope I have the chance of hearing you play again and you certainly can be sure that I shall pass on my recommendation when I have the opportunity"

This piper recently provided the service of being piper at my father's funeral. At my family's request he wore the kilt and full highland piping regalia, his appearance and performance was stunningly beautiful. He phoned me as soon as I booked him, to find out how the service would run, and advising us on the music, the traditions, and service he could provide. He was supportive, and professional, and his skill with the bagpipes was hauntingly beautiful. I will be hiring him again! "

He played for my mums funeral both at the crematorium and Easthampstead Park hotel afterwards. He was vey helpful and sensitive to the occasion. His piping was excellent and being a Scottish family, all my relatives and friends who attended really appreciated his playing. If you are looking for a piper for your occasion, I would highly recommend him for your event. Thank you for making my mum’s funeral extra special. Anne and family "

Dear Peter I am the niece of Pte Thomas Rooney recently honoured at the ceremony at Fort Pitt Military Cemetery Chris Barker sent me the video of the ceremony and I would like to thank you for playing. It is wonderful to see my uncle honoured nearly 100 years after his death. My only regret is that his parents and siblings aren't alive to see it. I grew up with stories from my Aunts (my father was only four when he went to war so had limited memories) about their elder brother Tom and how wonderful he was. One of my Aunts had kept all the memorial cards and letters concerning Tom. I think it was a great wrench in their lives when he died. I have been to Fromelles where he was injured and to Fort Pitt School (the hospital he was in) and Fort Pitt Cemetery, so the ceremony was somethi"
