Pipe Major of the Royal Burgh of Inverkeithing pipe band. I have over 20 years experience at competition level including grade 1. I have also competed and was successful on the solo circuit.
I have been teaching for 15 years and have instructed a number of pupils through school examinations and also specialised, external bagpipe exams. All pupils have gained high pass rates.
I can supply single pipers, pipe band and a Celtic Rock band which is also part of the pipe band for which I play the keyboard and am in charge of the piping arrangements.
I have taken part in various Celtic festivals in France, Germany and Switzerland.
I have also played for actor Richard Wilson (Victor Meldrew) and Princess Anne.
I've played on board cruise ships with part of the White Heather Dance Group.
Over the years I have played at numerous weddings and other family gatherings so have a vast amount of experience and varied repertoire which can be tailored to suit the requirements of clients.
